Voice practice is not working
Open iOS Settings, find Chatty Panda, and confirm Microphone access is enabled. Check your connection, then fully reopen the app and try again.

Use Restore Purchases on the paywall while signed in to the same Apple account that made the purchase. Apple, not Chatty Panda, manages your payment details.
Manage or cancel a subscription
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select Chatty Panda. Canceling stops the next renewal and does not normally remove access already paid for.
Privacy or data request
If your app version offers Delete account and data, find it under Data & privacy. Otherwise, or if you need help with deletion or another data request, email us. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify your anonymous app account.
